Daily result: £3.80 (revised)
Well it was to be expected - after a good day yesterday today was rubbish. Things had got off to a decent start with two good win and I was beginning to think the day was going to be a decent one then a £17 loss followed by two further losses put pay to that. To be honest the day didn't actually get off to a good start as I was woken up by the builders phoning to say they were coming to do some more work so I was woken up earlier than I wanted to so that got me off to a bad start followed up by the fact that I couldn't really concentrate as the builders were here and they then wanted to see what I was doing so I spent the first two races of the day explaining it all to them so what was already a short day of racing became even shorter - added to this I couldn't shut my door as I was having to listen out for a delivery man and finally I had to spend a large part of the morning sort something out for my mother so all in all I wasn't in the right frame of mind today at all and was lucky to get away without a loss as I had been looking at one until I won my losses back in the last race. The racing today also didn't help matters as there were a lot of really short priced favourites which I do not like trading. I ended the afternoon having traded 14 races with 8 wins, one break even and 5 losses.
I am going to try and rest for a bit and will look at the evening racing - hopefully that will prove fruitful.

The evening racing was far from fruitful - traded 4 races winning on two, breaking even on one and losing on one. For £3.31 profit.
Worst trade ever?

Hi mate,
Thanks your post on my blog. Think I've just about got my head together again now. Don't know what comes over me sometimes, have done it all before and always say never again. Got to keep my head when things aren't going well, either that or just switch off if I feel myself losing it.
Glad to see you are continuing to do well. Not easy though is it ?
